Pearl Plumbing is looking for experienced Licensed Journeyman Plumbers. We offer Competitive Pay, Benefits, PTO/Sick Time.

Pearl Plumbing is a small family business, and our day-to-day duties have taught us the most critical piece of a service business is the people. Finding, developing, and retaining the right people is the most important aspect of our business. We are looking for individuals who strive for excellence, and desire to work in a family atmosphere where your personal life is valued as much as your professional life.

We will provide you with opportunities to learn and develop in a team-based atmosphere. We work hard but have fun helping others and completing projects that are impactful on our community.

The expectation for our work is that it not only meets code but looks great even if it’s between the walls or under the floor and no one else will ever see it. We take pride in our trade as Plumbers serving all Central Oregon.
